Three ways to practise with us
Each format is designed around a different kind of relationship with the studio — from a single visit to a long, easy year of practice.
← Back to HomeHow Regang structures its sessions
All sessions share the same fundamentals — small groups, an unhurried pace, and an emphasis on understanding what you're doing rather than simply doing it. The formats differ in duration, depth, and the level of ongoing engagement they involve.
Single session entry
A complete experience in one visit. Good for trying things out or for an occasional return to something calm.
Six-session arc
Enough time to build something — a personal routine, a better understanding of your movement habits, a foundation to return to.
Year-round practice
Sessions throughout the year, evolving with the seasons. The most relaxed and comprehensive way to be part of the studio.
Easy Stretch Drop-In
A single group session built around slow, comfortable stretches for everyday ease. No prior experience is needed, and participants at all levels are welcome. The session moves gently through a series of simple positions — nothing intense, nothing that asks you to go beyond what feels right for your body on that particular day.
At the end, each participant receives a reference sheet covering the main movements from the session — a simple, clear document to use at home if they want to revisit anything.
What's included
- One group session (approx. 60 minutes)
- Mats and all props provided
- Take-home reference sheet
- Maximum 8 participants per session
Lengthen & Loosen Coaching
A six-session coaching block that builds a gentle daily stretching routine suited to your body and schedule. Unlike a standard class, this format is shaped around you — what you find easy, what feels restricted, what you'd like to bring into your mornings or evenings at home.
Sessions are one-to-one or in pairs and are spread over several weeks. Between each session, brief notes are shared to help you carry the work forward into your days without losing the thread.
Process
- 1 Initial session to understand your current movement and what you'd like from the block
- 2 Sessions 2–5 build progressively, adjusting to how your routine develops
- 3 Final session consolidates the routine and leaves you with a practical reference
